Interview Experience of senior

my exp with on-campus interviews
1)birla soft jun9-09
i passed written exam,
but i failed in group discussion(topic:terrorism).
2)infosys jan17-10
i was not eligible that company.
becoz low percentages..
my percentages are 83-77-66-65
but requried perceges r 60-60-68-68.
3)wipro jan28,29,30-10
i failed in written exam
bcoz i pressed submit button b4 complete the exam.
the written exam patteren is
apti,reasoning 20m
english 20m
tech10m (total duration is 60min).
pls take care at online exams.
4)prithvi soft solutions
k, as usual i passed written exam.
new thing is group task(topic:restrict robberies in forest area)
dat means we should take some roles in that topic such as cm,dsp,ias.
but i acted as common man..
it was wrong think that time.
but my frind pavan acted as forest officer, he discused very well.
he encouraged me in that group task,
but i could nt do well.
so, at the last i did nt through out group task.
pavan selected in this company.
it was good news becoz i did very very well in group task,
it was very happy news at that night.
5)zensar
written test:passed
again group discussion:(14members)(topic:food first,ethics later)(duration:25min)
in dis discussion my frnd rajshekhar participated with me.
he explored 2 r 3 valid statements but he could nt get through out.
again, i failed in gd becoz of low communication skills
but good news was dat 5 members selected. those r avi,aj,suryam,eshwar&shravika.
6)igate
written test:gone
becoz, i did nt practice well previous day.
i disappointed this time becoz i could nt passed written exam.
7)persistency
written test(95%tech,%apti):
i passed written test.
it gave me confidence dat i had some tech knowledge.
next tech interview:

i was at intial stage.

i passed tech but they announced tech2 round at last minute..
but, i did nt know until i enterd into room.

My Opnion on debate on Monday which is on 21-2-2010 in Ezone

Hai Friends,

We had debate on<em><b>First impression is  best Impression</b></em>.

Its really awesome and moderator was jhanardhan who tries to control the group members .Always some of us cant keep up our stress levels and argue with the other team but this time we controlled our emotions.

And moreover what i learnt from this session is:

1.My Friend Vijay who is aganist the team has quoted the point that only few great ppl in the world among them Valamaki the great poet of Ramayana who is thief  but latter on change may happen and becomes a poet so first impression is not best impression.

2.And My another frnd Asha Who quoted in telugu “medi pandu chudu malimayi vundu potta vipi chudu purugulu vundu” which is really apt that we cant judge a person by their apperance which helped for debate.

3.And another frnd swamynath had recollected the beautiful story of Stephen leacock “how was his admission happends and how the first impression places a major role in his life” reallu thanks swamy to recollecting the beautiful story once again.

And i want to see the changes in ezone are:

1.We are allowing ppl to talk in telugu also because they have to first free to express their views but they still feel fear while expressing.

2.PPl who always in regular class are participating or involving more as usually as they don’t have fear because of experience .I want to see the people who are not participating in classes want to participate it may be beneficial.But i don’t want to suppress their feeling i just want everyone has to improve their skills .

Actually all you people don’t know about this, it is just like our CAA activity which is being conducted by second years of mca at evening after 4.30!!

It has been getting huge response so that we can place it here as a category..
It has been allocated for only interview point of view type questions…

so it is main area to improve your skills…
