“yes, we can implement the program with that.Before that we have to know some reasons why this question raises.
when we observe the question,
1)Not an instruction giving to the computer.
2)and we want the message without giving an instruction.

so it clearly shows that a face to face interaction between a computer and a human.and a regular interaction between them. that is, as we seen a conversation between humans, like that a human & machine conversation. so it should be like “Sixth sense”.

Now so when we see the flow of the program in java, without an object it won’t accept in JVM. by using java we can easily implement using object.
An “object” is nothing but combination of attributes and actions(functions). by taking attributes and functions for those question and implement it.

Finally my conclusion is, it seems very difficult to implement by using java so it needs some New Language.

LINUX using C-language but in case of WINDOWS using Visual c++ then so many modifications should require.

oracle in Windows/Linux for memory Management

I dont suggest oracle in windows/ linux because by using GUI os become a user friendly and oracle is good at back-end application than front-end application.And generating Query languague by normal user who doesnt no what a system is …horrible to them .And its Scalability is also high.
If we doesnt think of cost than for eg: take the banks who use the huge database of customers with the help of Oracle type of s/w and every large organisation use that but for an inividual its not good.

“yes, we can do.with more changes to operating system.At first why we are using a DBMS…it just act as a back end technology to maintain the memory.
Now in case of Operating system, we can manage the hardware resources efficiently and use those by applying programs.
In case of DBMS…It only concentrate on Memory storage parts.(hard disk/main memory etc.).All other hardwares (like printer) they just taken care by OS.all other tractions can be done by OS.

OS is GUI model while DBMS not supported that. so User friendly matter comes into existence.
But we can make it as user friendly…
All we know various back end operations in DBMS(/oracle) with those we can make this into GUI supported.

What is a memory management requires is main problem before implementing right,
1)It don’t want any GUI model for flowing of data.
2)It requires different operations by using electric pulses(bits) which are helpful at connecting different hardware.

with above basics we can’t establish DBMS inside the OS..
If we manage above situations we can overcome this situation.

“yes, we can. By sending electric pulses…here some problems with that. we have to choose constraints.that mean, that should be something we have loose before implementing this procedure.
because we are using different hardwares at one place and using at a time so that we have to manage electri pulses among them. here we have to remember one chain…
1)electric pulses
2)electric pulses convert into binary format(0 or 1)or(negative or positive)
3)by using this binary bits is nothing but a machine(what a computer internally doing this)
4)only thing is, “we are writing the code to instruct the pulses how to manage those pulses among hardwares”
5)again we are coming to Electric pulses from code.
6)so finally it shows that why operating system is using?right…
7) here without using the code we can do right but manually we have to instruct among hardware.so it should be a risky one.
8)so avoiding this we are using an “operating system”
